At GeyserPK, our priority is to provide quality Geysers and Electric Geysers at fair and competitive Geyser Price in Pakistan, while ensuring customer satisfaction and product safety. Because our products are heating appliances that require proper handling and installation, we maintain a clear and transparent Refund & Exchange Policy to protect both the buyer and the business. By shopping with GeyserPK, you accept the terms written in this policy.


No Return Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been delivered.
  • All sales are final.
  • We follow a strict No Refund policy. Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned for money under any circumstance. Heating appliances cannot be resold if opened or handled, as their performance and safety may be affected. For this reason, once you have received your geyser, the sale is considered final. Refunds are only possible if GeyserPK cancels an order before shipment due to stock availability or operational issues.

Exchange Policy (Only Under Specific Conditions)

Although refunds are not available, Exchange is allowed under controlled conditions. The product must remain unused and uninstalled, and it should be returned in its original box, with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, screws, and accessories intact. Any signs of usage, scratches, installation marks, missing parts, or damaged packaging will result in exchange refusal. The product must remain in the same condition in which it was delivered to the customer.

An exchange may only be requested under the following conditions:

  1. Product Must Be Unused
    • The product must not be installed, used, or handled improperly.
    • All original packaging, protective stickers, accessories, and manuals must be intact.
  2. Product Condition Must Be Same as Delivered
    • The item must be in new, undamaged, and fully resalable condition.
    • If the product has been installed, no exchange will be accepted.
  3. Exchange Request Time Limit
    • The customer must request an exchange within 24–48 hours of receiving the item.
    • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings, we require customers to record a complete unboxing video starting before the parcel is opened. This video should clearly show the condition of the packaging and the product upon arrival. If a customer does not provide an unedited unboxing video, we cannot process any exchange requests. This step protects customers from receiving incorrect products and protects us from false claims.


Time Limit for Exchange Request

Customers must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. After this time period, it is assumed that the product has been installed or used, and it will no longer be eligible for exchange. Contacting us after the time window will result in automatic rejection of the exchange request, regardless of reason, to maintain policy fairness for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Product on Delivery

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
    • You must provide a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
    • Without an unboxing video, complaints will not be processed.

Shipping Cost for Exchange

In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for paying all courier charges for returning and receiving the replacement unit. The only exception is when the wrong product was shipped due to an error on our side; in that case, GeyserPK will cover return and re-shipping costs. If a customer chooses the wrong model, size, or variant, then all shipping charges must be covered by the customer.

  • Any shipping or courier charges for exchange will be covered by the customer, not GeyserPK.

Warranty and Usage Responsibility:

Most Electric Geysers sold through GeyserPK include 3-Year Tank Leakage Warranty and 1-Year Heating Element Warranty. Warranty covers factory defects only. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, dry burning without water, voltage issues, plumber negligence, or physical damage by the customer. We strongly recommend professional installation using proper wiring and stabilizers to maintain safety and warranty validity.

Important Note

  • Gas Geysers and Electric Geysers cannot be returned or exchanged after installation under any circumstances.
