We currently deliver all over Pakistan.

Major cities: 2 – 4 working days
Other cities & towns: 3 – 6 working days
Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Delivery location
- Product size and weight
In some cases, free delivery may be offered on selected products or promotions.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

If you are unavailable or the address is incorrect, the delivery may be delayed or returned.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos or video of the package and product
We will arrange a replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer refusal, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery will be done after reconfirmation and may require additional shipping charges.
